Adrienne Carr enters her 13th season at the helm of the FDU-Florham Women's Lacrosse program.
Under Carr, the Devils have seen their greatest success, setting school records for wins in a season (16, 2008 and 2010) while also reaching the Middle Atlantic Conference Tournament for five consecutive seasons (2007-2011). In 2008, FDU-Florham had the best season in school history as they won the MAC Tournament and received a bid to the NCAA Tournament. In 2006 and 2010, Carr led the Devils to a pair of ECAC Championships. During the 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011 seasons, she guided the Devils to both the MAC and ECAC Tournaments. In 2012, she led the Devils to the first-ever Freedom Conference Tournament Championship.
Prior to coming to FDU-Florham, Carr spent one year coaching lacrosse at North Brunswick High School where she served as the assistant varsity coach and head junior varsity coach.
She starred collegiately at Rutgers University, playing both lacrosse and field hockey for the Scarlet Knights. A pre- and post-season All-Big East field hockey player as a senior in 2001, Carr helped the team to the Big East Tournament Semifinals in 2000 and 2001.
She currently resides in Annandale, NJ, with her husband, Mike, and daughter, Amelia.

Nicole Testa enters her third season as an assistant with the Devils women's lacrosse program, after playing for FDU from 2009-13.
Despite missing two seasons with an ACL injury, Testa rebounded to help the team win the MAC Freedom Championship in 2013. Testa was named to the MAC Freedom Honorable Mention team, and was the Devil Comeback Player of the Year in 2013.
She served as the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Governor Livingston HS in 2014, and currently is pursuing a graduate degree in Sports Administration.

Caitlyn McGinley enters her second season as an assistant coach for the FDU women's lacrosse team.
McGinley was the MAC Freedom Conference Rookie of the Year in 2012 and was tabbed to the First Team All-MAC Freedom in each of her four seasons. A psychology major, she was a part of three MAC Freedom Championship teams, and was named team captain during her senior season,

Grace Warburton enters her first season as an assistant for her alma mater.
Warburton played at FDU from 2012-15 as a goalie, and was a two-time All-MAC Freedom selection. In 2013, Warburton was tabbed First Team All-MAC Freedom.
Last season, she served as an Assistant Coach at Moravian.
