Devils Play To 0-0 (2OT) Tie With Misericordia

MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils and Misericordia Cougars played to a 0-0 (2OT) tie in Freedom Conference action on Saturday afternoon.
With the tie, the Devils are now 7-5-1 (0-1-1 Freedom) while the Cougars are 4-4-3 (0-1-1 Freedom).
Misericordia really put the heat on in the first half with 13 shots but the Devils had opportunities in the second half as they tallied four corner kicks. Neither team though, could find the back of the net to pick up their first conference win.
Junior goalkeeper Kevin Herbert (Whippany, NJ/Whippany Park) made four saves in the tie.
The Devils return to action on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at Manhattanville beginning at 4 pm.
