This "reading list" contains some of the most important strength & conditioning books/texts that we would recommend reading. Please be warned, many are not "easy" reads. Several are directly translated from other languages, and getting through them can be difficult the first time. However, the training information in these books is invaluable, and offers great insight into training, and how FDU prescribes its training protocols. They are listed in no particular order.
